Twimbow: Colour Code Your Tweets

Enter the newest Twitter client, Twimbow.  Twimbow places their focus on filtering and colours. For some of us out there, Twitter is the new email, and Twimbow realizes that. It looks very much like Tweetdeck or Seesmic but does not yet support multiple accounts. What Twimbow does have in its favour is its ability to customize with colour.  You are able to assign colours to various users and groups and you can even change the colour of a tweet by using a hashtag. All of your DMs, retweets, and conversations are placed in a single column, with the colours doing the sorting for you.  You...

Twitter’s Evolution

Twitter has been changing it’s playing field this past week. There is a new Blackberry app built by Twitter. Atebits was bought by Twitter, as well. How to CYA When Looking For a Social Media Consultant

Right after putting up my last post, Improve your SEO-Fu through Local SEO, I tweeted it. Within a few minutes I got two retweets about it, YEA! Not so fast. When I looked at these retweets, I found that the person who had done this had also piggy-backed his own URL onto the tweet. I checked it out and found a site that announced that all other SEO and Social Media consultants are ripping you off and that he alone held the truth that will earn you all that internet based money…..for only $797 per month minimum. At this point, I am slightly perturbed, not at being called a liar and a...
